The founder of Step by Step Music (Pru Borgert) was Director of Music at Geelong Grammar School, Glamorgan (Vic) before taking maternity leave in 2004 and consequently moving her family to the Coffs Harbour area. Her personal interests span from Flute - Piano - Technology in Music - Kodaly - Orff - PYP - integrated units - VELS - Choirs - Instrumental Ensembles - Classroom Music & Music for babies/toddlers. The aim of Step by Step Music is to give students, parents and teachers (particularly in Victoria) access to a wide range of new musical materials. In the past, materials have been ordered over the internet with expensive freight costs. Step by Step Music offers: free postage/delivery and a perusal service to many schools. We enjoy a challenge, so let us know what you are looking for - just as long as it's music-related. Our latest challenge has been to write a text to assist Middle School Instrumental Music programs with the implementation of VELS. Email us for more information |
